As a veteran, both you and your spouse are entitled to be buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
You are entitled to a grave, grave opening, concrete grave liner, and headstone... at no charge. The veteran
is entitled to an American Flag, and full military honors. Beware of advertisements offering free or discounted veterans caskets.
